ABOUT THE CLASSES
Our Sunday sessions are guided gentle flow and hatha yoga — a nourishing blend of breath-led movement and grounding postures set entirely outdoors. Classes are suitable for all experience levels, from first-timers to those returning to a regular practice. Whether you are brand new to yoga or simply looking to move more mindfully in nature, you are welcome here.
There is something quietly profound about practicing yoga in the open air. Feel the breeze, hear the water, let nature hold the space. Our outdoor setting beside the park’s tranquil pond offers a truly special backdrop for breath, movement, and presence.
